E d w a r d S m i t h - P r o d u c e r
Ed brings over 2.5 years of production experience having worked on shows for clients such as Netflix, WarnerDiscovery, BBC, DreamWorks, HBO and Milkshake. He has had hands-on experience with pre and post-production as well as financial recoupment strategies. As Producer for Native Rascals, Ed’s focus is on creating and negotiating package deals for projects ranging from attaching actors or directors to projects as well as fund raising. When he’s not hard at work at the desk, he is often found down at the pub with a pint watching the rugby or out on the clay ground attempting to hit something!

G E O R G E R . R U S S E L L - A R T D I R E C T O R
With over 6 years of illustration experience and near 4 years in graphic design, currently working at Specsavers Creative, George combines these skills in his role as Art Director for Native Rascals (NR). Unique to NR, we introduce artwork early in the conceptual process, with George designing characters as their stories develop and visualising the worlds we are trying to build, both aiding and informing the look and direction of a project. In addition to this, George helms NR’s brand VI and marketing materials, from logo design and colour palette to social media content and website. Aside from Native Rascals and doodling, George does in-fact have a life. With a passion for music he writes, performs and attends gigs whenever possible and has a disposition for socialising with wine and cheese.
M A X P O W E R - C R E A T I V E D I R E C T O R
Max has spent the past 5 years dedicated to understanding story. As Creative Director for Native Rascals, Max is responsible for the core development of the ideas and providing the written support materials. Additionally Max brings 1.5 years production experience having worked on shows for clients including Netflix and DreamWorks. When Max isn’t designing worlds and crafting characters, he spends his time nerding out over Box Office stats and subsequent script analysis. Either that or getting way too excited about spreadsheet formulas!
